Project Summary:

Audubon Companies is providing the full right-of-way (ROW) and environmental scope of work for the Cushing Connect Pipeline & Terminal project, a joint venture (JV) between Holly Energy Partners, L.P. and Plains All American Pipeline. The new JV is developing and constructing a new 160,000 barrel per day common carrier crude oil pipeline that will connect the Cushing, Oklahoma crude oil hub to the Tulsa, Oklahoma refining complex owned by a subsidiary of HollyFrontier Corporation. The joint venture was also formed for the ownership and operation of 1.5 million barrels of crude oil storage in Cushing, Oklahoma. The project is expected to begin construction in the Q2 of 2020 and be in service in the first quarter of 2021.
