Clemens to Gregory As-Built Pipeline Survey

PALO Pipeline Survey and Permitting | Projects | Audubon

Client:

Phillips 66

Location:

Texas Gulf Coast

Project Summary:

Audubon was selected by Phillips 66 to supply as-built pipeline survey services for its Clemens to Gregory (C2G) pipeline and four associated terminals. The 155-mile, 16-inch ethane pipeline connects the Phillips 66 Clemens Caverns terminal in Sweeny, Texas, to a petrochemical facility in Gregory, Texas.

Utilizing state-of-the-art survey equipment and geospatial solutions, data was collected and submitted electronically to minimize human and conversion errors. The resulting asset data deliverables enabled Phillips 66 to identify and promptly remediate design deviations on the C2G pipeline.

Audubon’s precise, as-built pipeline survey data helped Phillips 66 reduce construction challenges in support of expanding natural gas liquid (NGL) production in response to growing demand.
