Project summary

XTO Energy’s Cowboy Central Delivery Point (CDP) site is located in Eddy County, NM. The greenfield facility was executed in two phases and designed to handle 1.2 BCFD of gas processing, 600,000 BPD oil processing and 1,200,000 BBL of onsite oil storage. The facility included a slug catcher, oil stabilization, condensate stabilization, amine treating, dehydration, cryogenic gas plants, pipeline pumps, storage and other related balance of plant (BOP) infrastructure. Audubon affiliate company, Opero Energy, provided the design, procurement and fabrication of the oil and condensate stabilization packages.
