Audubon Acquires Total Vision, Expanding Presence in the Middle East 

Partnership combines regional expertise and established client relationships with Audubon’s engineering and project delivery capabilities 

HOUSTON, July 28, 2026–Audubon Companies, LLC (Audubon), a subsidiary of Nobel Energy, is a leading provider of engineering, project delivery, automation, and technical services, today announced its acquisition of Total Vision, an engineering and technical services company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates.

The acquisition supports Audubon’s international growth strategy and strengthens its presence in the Middle East, one of the world’s most active energy and infrastructure markets. The addition of Total Vision expands Audubon’s ability to support clients across key global regions while building on the company’s existing international operations.

Total Vision has established a strong reputation throughout the UAE and broader Middle East through its engineering, project management, construction support, quality management, and supply chain services.
