Audubon Companies named #7 in New Orleans Top Workplaces

Employee feedback earns EPC firm another spot among the Times-Picayune’s best places to work

New Orleans, July 7, 2026– Audubon continues to uphold its reputation for outstanding work culture by winning the #7 spot on the Times-Picayune’s  List of Top Workplaces in New Orleans, marking the third consecutive year the company has earned a place among the area’s highest-rated mid-sized employers.

This annual award is based entirely on employee survey feedback, evaluating key aspects of workplace culture, including leadership, work-life balance, growth, and values.

“As we’ve continued to grow, one thing we’ve never wanted to lose is the culture that makes Audubon a great place to work,” said Jeff Gernon, Chief Commercial Officer. “Growth brings new opportunities, but it also challenges you to stay connected to your people and your values. This recognition tells us our employees still feel supported, valued, and part of something bigger—and that’s something we’re incredibly proud of.”

Audubon has experienced significant growth over the past year, expanding its team across regions and industries, while continuing to invest in the people and values that have shaped the company since its inception. As a global provider of engineeringprocurementconstruction (EPC), fabrication, and field services across industries, Audubon believes its success starts with creating an environment where employees can thrive, collaborate, and grow alongside the business.
