With over 12 years of industry experience, Sara Young has been instrumental in winning key strategic opportunities in the offshore and onshore markets with clients such as ConocoPhillips, Hess, Oxy, Exxon, and Marathon Oil.

Sara is future-focused and prioritizes collaboration to deliver top-tier solutions for complex industry challenges. In recognition of her dedication and commitment to workplace safety, she was honored as an Emerging Leader at the 2022 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC). Sara also serves on the Deepwater Operations Advisory Board, actively participates in Spindletop Charities, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
