Patriot Pipeline Engineering and Integrity Management

XTO Patriot Pipeline | Audubon Companies | Project Management of Oil and Gas Pipelines

Client:

XTO Energy

Location:

West Texas

Project summary:

XTO Energy enlisted Audubon for engineering, procurement, construction management (EPCM), survey, right-of-way (ROW), inspection, and asset integrity services for its Patriot pipeline in the Permian Basin. The 48-mile, 16-inch pipeline and associated facilities transport crude oil from Coyanosa, Texas, to Exxon Mobil’s terminal in Wink, Texas.

During the design phase for the Patriot pipeline, Audubon supplied engineering and environmental surveys, pipeline routing, ROW negotiations and acquisitions, and permitting and regulatory compliance. Audubon also supported construction, inspection, and procurement activities, as well as created and implemented
a pipeline integrity management plan. From concept to construction, Audubon leveraged its integrated capabilities to bring the Permian Basin pipeline online within XTO Energy’s aggressive 12-month timeframe.
