PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Full EPC for Natural Gas Compression
Full EPC for Natural Gas Compression at Ryan Gulch
Client:
Natural Gas Infrastructure Operator
Location:
Colorado
Project summary:
Audubon was selected to provide full-service engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for a natural gas–processing facility along Ryan Gulch in the Piceance Basin. For the project, the operator sought to add compression capacity and a new flare system, with construction occurring during harsh cold-weather months.
Audubon’s EPC teams safely planned and implemented all phases of the project, starting with precise design of the new compression and flare system. For construction, we scheduled a shutdown for existing-equipment disassembly and installation of preassembled skids, condensate storage tanks, flare,
and combustor—all while minimizing disruption to processing operations.
Project overview:
- Natural gas-gathering facility
- Increased compression capacity
- Additional flare + combustor
- Shutdown tie-ins
- Cold-weather execution
Scope of work:
- Engineering + design
- Procurement
- Construction
- Commissioning + startup
