Talal El Awar P.E., PMP
President, EPC
First joining Audubon in 2011 as an instrumentation and controls engineer, Talal El Awar now serves as the President of EPC, responsible for the company’s engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction operations. Under his management, successfully executed projects total over 4.5 BSCFD of gas-processing and treating facilities, 550,000 HP of compression, and 13 MMBBL of hydrocarbon storage.
Prior to his current role, Talal was the President of Opero Energy, an Audubon affiliate specializing in fabrication. During his tenure, he supported the growth of the company’s annual revenue to over $100 million and its carbon capture and renewable energy initiatives.
Talal’s strong leadership has been instrumental in expanding Audubon’s capabilities and maintaining strong client relations. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
