Project summary
Holly Energy Partners and Plains All American Pipeline partnered to develop and construct a 55-mile common-carrier crude oil pipeline in central Oklahoma. Audubon was contracted to supply pipeline right-of-way (ROW) and environmental permitting packages for the Cushing Connect Pipeline and Terminal joint venture, intended to transport 160,000 BPD of crude oil between an oil hub in Cushing, Oklahoma, and a refining facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The complete ROW services included preliminary titling, survey permission, easement acquisition, ministerial and environmental permitting, and consultative support regarding the presence of the endangered American burying beetle. With extensive pipeline ROW and permitting knowledge and experience, Audubon’s front-end work for this project enabled confident pipeline construction for the joint venture.
