Project summary

Audubon served as the owner’s engineer on the Annova LNG through front-end engineering design (FEED), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) application, and successful approval. Located in Brownsville, Texas, the proposed LNG terminal was rated to export up to 6.5 million tons per year.

As a world-class provider of engineering, procurement, and construction services, Audubon also provided technical support for the project along with environmental engineering for the project’s front-end loading (FEL) development and successful FERC approval.

The project did not progress past the final investment decision(FID) and was canceled due to low commodity pricing and the COVID-19 pandemic.
