Audubon Moves into Digital Infrastructure Sector with FiOptix Deal 

Acquisition by EPC firm to diversify market portfolio, expand field services, and broaden geographic footprint across US 

HOUSTON, April 1, 2026–Audubon Companies, LLC (Audubon), a subsidiary of Nobel Energy and leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), fabrication, operations, and maintenance solutions, confirms its acquisition of FiOptix, an infrastructure services company for telecommunications operators across the US. As Audubon’s third acquisition in recent months, the deal represents a strategic move by the firm into the high-demand digital infrastructure market. 

An established provider of full-lifecycle project services in the energy and industrial sectors, Audubon adds telecommunications to its portfolio through the acquisition of FiOptix, while also expanding its field services and geographic footprint across the Northeast, Southeast, and West Coast. FiOptix specializes in design, engineering, construction, installation, and maintenance for fiber and broadband networks. Applying a scalable, turnkey delivery model, the company supports the buildout of critical connectivity infrastructure nationwide.
