Audubon Companies Names Kevin Pitts Chief Executive Officer
Proven Audubon and industry leader to guide company’s next phase of growth
HOUSTON, August 27, 2026–Audubon Companies, a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), fabrication, operations and maintenance (O&M), and field services and a subsidiary of Nobel Energy, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Kevin Pitts as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Kevin succeeds David Robison, who has led Audubon on the executive team for nearly 15 years and will step down as CEO on August 31.
Kevin joined Audubon in 2020 as Executive Vice President of Industrial Solutions and most recently led the company’s Field Services and O&M business. His leadership experience across capital project assets and field service operations gives him a broad understanding of Audubon’s capabilities, clients, and industries. He brings to the CEO role decades of experience in engineering, operations, business strategy, and client management.
The appointment follows a succession process led by Audubon’s Board of Directors and comes after a period of significant growth for the organization. Under David’s leadership, Audubon achieved the highest backlog, highest annual revenue, and largest workforce in its 29-year history, while expanding its service offerings and market presence in critical markets like energy, chemicals, power, and manufacturing. Going forward, David will continue supporting Audubon as a Board Advisor.
“It has been the privilege of my career to serve as Audubon’s CEO,” said David. “Audubon enters its next chapter from a position of strength, with an exceptional team, the trust of our clients, and a culture I’m incredibly proud of. I have complete confidence that Kevin will lead Audubon with integrity and purpose.”
Kevin remarked, “I’m honored to have the opportunity to lead Audubon, and I’m excited about what lies ahead for our company. We have the most talented people in the markets we serve, strong client relationships, and tremendous opportunities to grow. I’m looking forward to working with our team to build on what we do well, problem-solve in new ways, and continue to grow the company by delivering results that matter—for both clients and employees.”
