Project Summary:

Audubon provided front-end engineering and design (FEED) and construction management services for Shell’s hydrogen fueling facility for new passenger vehicles. The scope included the hydrogen pipeline distribution system and associated systems. Supporting Shell’s sustainable energy directive, the high-pressure hydrogen line transports hydrogen from a compressor facility to a fueling facility. The development served as the first fueling station for vehicles being offloaded from import vessels at the Port of Long Beach in California.
