Project Summary:

Audubon Companies successfully executed the full scope of work for Automation & Controls including Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E), for a 200MMSCFD cryogenic expander plant in the Marcellus Shale. Audubon Companies was responsible for both the Yokogawa CENTUM VP BPCS and Allen-Bradley ControlLogix SIS logic development, which included incorporating all isolated and vendor equipment into the overall plant. The scope of work also included specifying all non-skid instrumentation, as well as all I&E drawings needed in order to bring all plant instrumentation into a customized engineered Remote Instrument Enclosure (RIE). Commissioning and startup included integrating this plant into an actively producing facility.
