Project Summary:

Audubon Companies was contracted to provide Operational Technology (OT) and Process Control Network (PCN) support, including implementation of new backup solutions, patch management, firewall maintenance, and network segmentation/ optimization. The new backup solutions included the installation, configuration and support of EBR/Acronis for both Honeywell and non-Honeywell systems, as well as optimization and management of EBR/Acronis Server. Our OT team was also responsible for rollout and optimization of McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator and Microsoft WSUS Server management, including end device Operating System (OS) patching and Antivirus (AV) definition delivery.

In addition to these network management duties, the team also provided management of checkpoint and Palo Alto firewall policies, including vulnerability assessments and rule hardening. The scope of work also included Remote Access Management (RAM), consisting of Juniper RSA token system support as well as Pulse Secure, assignment of RSA tokens to end clients, user account permission settings, and support of connectivity.
Audubon Companies provided management and optimization of the ESXi Hypervisor cluster, including virtual machine inventory tracking and deployment.
