Project summary

Audubon provided in-plant owner’s engineering services to coordinate and manage a turnaround project at a major gas processing and fractionation facility. The project scope includes overall TAR project management, coordination & planning, scheduling, and project and cost control functions. Audubon built the master schedule to integrate both CAPEX and OPEX projects to be executed during the turnaround project, as well as oversee the engineering, fabrication, and TAR vendors/contractors. The Audubon team is managing the master schedule and budget, as well as all of the planning and development of the work packages and area coordination functions during the TAR.
