Audubon Companies In-Plant services group provides an on-site team for INEOS Styrolution located in Bayport and Texas City, TX. The current team supports INEOS in a variety of areas including operations support, capital projects, owner’s engineer, turnaround support, and construction management. Our on-site project managers have managed capital projects in excess of $60 MM TIC through the stage gated execution process and acted as owner’s engineers to oversee other vendors. Our familiarity with site work practices, procedures, and standards has allowed us to identify the right professionals to interact seamlessly with the owner’s direct project and operations teams.
