Project summary
Audubon was contracted by Midcoast Energy Partners, an Enbridge subsidiary, to provide technical services for commissioning, startup, and operating procedures for a 150-MMSCFD cryogenic gas-processing plant in East Texas near the city of Beckville.
The project began with Audubon supplying a commissioning manager, an I&E technician, and a junior commissioning technician. The scope of work grew to include third-party personnel management, schedule coordination, communications, and procurement of third-party work.
Audubon also supported civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineering efforts. Startup of the Beckville cryogenic plant expanded Midcoast Energy’s processing of Haynesville and Cotton Valley Shale gas.
