Audubon Welcomes Kolby Ivanhoe as Executive Vice President of Human Resources
Continued growth of EPC firm creates opportunity to advance people strategies
HOUSTON, TX, September 10, 2025–Audubon Companies is pleased to announce the appointment of Kolby Ivanhoe as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. As Audubon approaches 2,300 employees worldwide, Kolby will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people-first culture, supporting our growing headcount, and executing initiatives that align with Audubon’s core values. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer David Robison.
With nearly 20 years of experience in HR leadership, Kolby brings expertise in building people strategies, fostering growth, engagement, and organizational excellence. Throughout his career, Kolby has specialized in HR business partnering, employee engagement, organizational design, change management, and building fit-for-purpose HR processes that drive measurable results. His track record of developing people-centered strategies aligns with Audubon’s growth mindset and dedication to creating lasting value for its employees and partners.

Originally from Midland, Texas, Kolby holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Abilene Christian University and a master’s degree in HR Development from the University of Houston. He has supported large, diverse workforces of nearly 5,000 employees across the US, Canada, Brazil, Trinidad & Tobago, and Spain, with experience spanning engineering projects, operations and maintenance, and construction. His background provides a strong foundation to strengthen Audubon’s culture and support its expanding global workforce.
