Audubon Relocates Houston Corporate Office to Accommodate Long-Term Strategic Growth

Established EPC company upgrading primary office location to align with recent expansion and future outlook

HOUSTON, TX, October 23, 2023–This week, Audubon Engineering Company (Audubon), a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), fabrication, and technical services, relocated its primary corporate office to 3505 West Sam Houston Parkway North in Houston, Texas. The new office space accommodates the company’s recent expansion in personnel and capabilities, as well as provides ample room to grow in the coming years.

Awarded in 2023 as a Houston Top Workplace and ENR Top 500 Design Firm, Audubon moved its primary corporate office to match substantial increases in both service offerings and employee count—reaching nearly 2,000 engineering, technical, field, and administrative professionals. The new office offers proximity to the Energy Corridor and Bear Creek Pioneers Park, with 72,000 sq. ft. for the thriving EPC firm to stretch its legs. In upcoming months, the building itself will transition in name from 8 West Centre to Audubon Plaza in recognition of its reputable new tenant.

According to CEO David Robison: “Audubon is upgrading our space to better meet the needs of our employees and of our clients. We’re eager to extend and enhance delivery of our multidisciplinary EPC solutions by giving our talented professionals a great place to work and collaborate with customer teams.”

He added: “Audubon has been part of the Houston landscape since 2005. The diverse economy of this city has a far-reaching global impact that we’re proud to contribute to today and for decades to come.”

In recent years, Audubon has responded with proficiency and agility to evolving demands in energy and industrial markets. The company has made strategic additions to its EPC services for decarbonization, environmental planning, electrical grid modernization, and modular energy processing. Earlier this year, Audubon also boosted its oil and gas capabilities by assuming the engineering group of EXCEL Midstream Solutions.

The new corporate office on the northwest side joins three other Audubon Houston offices, along with locations in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Colorado, California, Mexico, and Colombia.
