HOUSTON, March 19, 2024–Audubon Engineering Company (Audubon) is pleased to have been named the third largest Houston-area civil and structural engineering firm by the Houston Business Journal (HBJ) on its 2024 Book of Lists, with the ranking based on local revenue in 2023. Audubon moved up from fourth on the 2023 List, signaling that the company’s growth initiatives over the last 2 years must be resonating with customers. As a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), fabrication, and field services, the firm has strategically added service offerings and personnel to meet the needs of energy and industrial operators across markets.

Audubon Chief Commercial Officer Jeffrey Gernon, PE, commented on the HBJ ranking: “We are both excited and humbled to be named among the top civil engineering firms in Houston. Scaling our team and capabilities has prepared us to address their requirements and overcome their challenges with best-fit EPC solutions. Knowing that we succeed when our clients do, Audubon will continue leveraging our expertise and experience to help engineer the future.”

Audubon intends to maintain its position on The List in the future, with plans to enhance even further its EPC, fabrication, environmental, and technical service capabilities for customers in the oil and gas, clean energy, utilities, and industrial sectors. We lean on our hallmark values of agility and flexibility, our commitment to safety, and the utilization of cutting-edge technologies to deliver superior results during each phase of the project life cycle—from concept and design to construction and operations through closeout and decommissioning.
