Project Summary:

Audubon Companies performed FEED studies, detailed engineering and design, construction support, owner program management, and virtual reality constructability modeling for a hazard mitigation program intended to reduce the risk of overfilling production columns to the point of a possible subsequent vapor cloud explosion. This program mitigated these risks across numerous production columns by way of the design and installation of new operations protocol, reconfigured piping and process systems, additional SIL rated safety systems and field devices, and additional process controls.
