Project Summary:

The Patriot Pipeline project consisted of a 48 mile, 16” pipeline and associated facilities with an aggressive in-service timeline of approximately 12 months from project kick-off. The origination point is near Coyanosa, TX, with delivery near Wink, TX at the Exxon Wink Terminal. As part of the design phase, Audubon Companies was responsible for survey & routing, ROW negotiation/acquisition, permitting and regulatory compliance, engineering, and environmental surveys. As a function of the construction and in-service process, we assisted in the construction management, provided environmental inspection, procurement support, and formulated an integrity management plan. From concept through construction, the EPCM project was successfully delivered within the required timeframe for XTO’s required in-service.
