Project Summary:

Audubon Companies was the EPCM contractor for ENI’s greenfield oil & gas processing, fractionation, and treatment facility in Tunisia. The facility capacity is 10,000 BPD crude oil, 3100 BPD of water, and 30 MMSCFD of natural gas. It produces stabilized crude, pipeline quality sales gas, and propane/butane BUTAPRO product. Our scope of work included the system units consisting of a slug catcher, secondary crude/water/gas separation, crude desalting, crude stabilization, gas compression, amine treating, ultra-low dew point glycol dehydration, straight refrigeration type hydrocarbon dew point control, NGL stripper, and debutanizer. Plant utilities included flare, drain, instrument air, and firewater systems. Modular processing units were fabricated in the US and shipped to site for installation.
